Of course. We love helping you create a unique look, so feel free to mix and match items between our various kits for a perfectly tailored NYC celebration. However, this all depends on availability and should be requested after you book your chosen table set.
If you have a specific vision that isn't shown, just reach out. We are constantly adding fresh pieces to our inventory.
What about extra decor like balloons or backdrops?
We are expanding our catalog to include these aesthetic additions. Soon, you can add them to any rental for a small fee to create an even more beautiful celebratory space.
Is tax included?
Applicable NY sales tax will be clearly calculated and added to your final service invoice.

Our Basic Delivery is a convenient drop-off and pickup service, ideal for hosts who prefer to handle the placement of items themselves. For a completely hands-off experience, our Premium Delivery includes full setup, professional styling, takedown, and pickup, ensuring everything looks perfect from start to finish. Looking for even more flexibility? Our Self-Service Options allow you to personally manage the logistics—choose to pick up and drop off items yourself, or coordinate with your preferred delivery service for the return. Whatever you choose, we're here to ensure your celebration starts on a stress-free note!
Do you handle walk-ups and stairs
Yes, we are used to NYC walk-ups. We can carry everything up, so you can focus on your little one's big day.
Are there fees for tight spaces or no elevators
We handle stairs and small apartments regularly. A modest accessibility fee may apply for high floor walk-ups.

How do I return items
Wipe items down and pack them in their bins. Please return them at your scheduled time so we can prep for the next family.
Should I wash items before I send them back
Just a light wipe is fine. BaekandDol NYC handles deep cleaning for hygiene. Please pack items safely in their original bins.
What happens if items get damaged
We expect normal wear. If items are lost or badly broken, a replacement fee applies. We will contact you privately to resolve it.
What if items arrive broken
Contact BaekandDol NYC immediately with photos. We will quickly send a replacement or find a solution to make your day perfect.
Booking & Cancellation FAQ
When do I need to book
We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance. While we try to accommodate last-minute requests, availability is not guaranteed.
How do cancellations work
Please notify us immediately. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations within 7 days of the event may not receive a refund.
Can I change my date or theme
Changes depend on availability and timing. Please note that fees may apply for major changes or requests made close to your event.
What about illness or weather
We understand emergencies happen. While standard policies apply, we will do our best to help you reschedule for a future date.
